CUSTOMER CARE

At Dapple Grey Farm, we believe good business begins with integrity and clear communication. We are a working farm, and every product we offer — from vegetables and honey to handmade balms and cottage goods — is created with intention and care.

If you ever have a question about an order, a product ingredient, CSA participation, or availability, we welcome you to reach out directly. We are committed to responding thoughtfully and promptly.

Because we operate seasonally and in rhythm with the land, availability and timing may vary. We will always communicate clearly if substitutions, delays, or adjustments are necessary.

 

If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can make it right. While we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, we are committed to fair resolution and customer satisfaction.

 

We value transparency. Ingredient lists are available upon request for all food and body products. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please contact us before purchasing.

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments). These providers use encrypted systems to protect your financial information.  Dapple Grey Farm does not store or have direct access to your full credit card details.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Access to personal information is limited to what is necessary to operate our business responsibly.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Dapple Grey Farm partners with local retailers, farm stands, and specialty shops who value small-scale, responsibly produced goods.

Seasonal wholesale offerings may include honey and bee products, herbal salves, cottage foods (in accordance with Colorado Cottage Food laws), seasonal produce, and farm-branded merchandise.

​

Availability varies throughout the year as we grow and harvest in rhythm with the land.

PAYMENT METHODS

At Dapple Grey Farm, we aim to make purchases simple and straightforward, whether you’re ordering online or visiting us at the farm stand.  We currently accept the following forms of payment:

 

Credit / Debit Cards

Accepted for all online purchases through our website checkout.

 

PayPal

Available for online checkout and select purchases.

 

Venmo

Accepted for on-site farm stand purchases and in-person transactions only.

 

Cash

Accepted for in-person purchases at the farm.
